Now isn't that the epitome of selfishness, me reading myself into your gorgeous art , but I do recognize something of my soul in her, and I think that is what made my heart stop. Or perhaps you only managed to capture your own soul, and we are similar enough that I see myself there. Or...and this is probably it - you are such an amazing artist that everyone sees a little bit of themselves in your work .

You are right about your photo, it really is reminiscent of my drawing! I had seen it before, of course, but not at all consciously thought about it while I tried to draw Lily. Admittedly, I feel much of you in her, and that might have influenced me; and, weirdly enough, now that I look at her again, she seems strangely familiar to me, as if a part of me were in her, as well (and I most certainly do not feel I have much in common with her). Hm.
You give me too much credit about my artistry, though. It might just be a coincidence .
